Creating Your Own Environment—

Project Management is one of my specialties. One aspect of management that I deliver every time is attention to details to all aspects of the project. From the smallest detail of outlet and switch locations to the largest detail of flooring choices and appliance selections. Everything on your project will be done to your complete satisfaction. My years of experience and knowledge in completing projects will be at your disposal. Along with working closely with architects and designers I can give you direct referrals to professionals that will best fit your style and concepts. My list of subcontractors that I use have been with me for years. We have developed a great working relationship in knowing what how my projects are ran and also how they are completed. Along with my subcontractors honesty and craftsmanship in completing your remodel. You will also gain the knowledge of all of their years of experience in maintaining your home long after the remodel is complete.

 ADU -Additional Dwelling Units

An ADU will provide much needed space in a full house. They are a great way to add square footage to a property as well as living space for extended family or just a nice way to make rental income. We can provide a proposal that will fit your needs and your budget. Budget is the key when getting things started and should be met with design aspects and details that fit your budget. I can work with architects along the design process to ensure that it falls inline with your determined budget. I can also recommend several architects to get things rolling.

Exterior Pergolas and outdoor rooms

Creating a new space to live in is a great way to add square footage to a home without breaking down walls. Opening up a wall with posts and a beam will be the start. Inviting the outdoors in with a nice Bi-Folding door will complete the vision. Patio space with a nice pergola covering and some inviting greenery and trees to line it all out. We have built some beautiful spaces connecting the interior to the outdoors. There are a few examples in the gallery. Enjoy your new space.

Carpentry

Carpentry has turned into my original trade. We can handle any design concept dreamt up by any designer. We specialize in all design wall and ceiling treatments including shiplap, V groove, and any paneling or barn wood treatment in any layout. Our custom fireplace mantels and custom woodwork have been documented and displayed.

Custom stair and railing details

Whether it’s antique or new, traditional or modern, details for a beautiful set of stairs will bring the entry charm that you have been looking for. From simple to ornate metal railings, modern glass or steel cables, lovely engineered wood stair treads and full hardwood nosing. A gorgeous tile detail on the riser will bring any staircase the attention it deserves. The details are endless and we will bring the details together to make your stair entry your creation.

Home additions

If you can dream it we can build it. We have completed and accomplished several home additions with happy families in tow along the journey of construction. They have a way of changing the entire feel and sense of your existing space. Expanding the kitchen out and changing the footprint of the space adds dimension and usually a large island for gathering. Which is essential for the whole family to be interacting with meals and get togethers. The kitchen is where the action tends to be so it’s important to have sitting space around the island to bring that intimate feeling to all gatherings. Master suite additions and changes to the existing footprint of the house are key to maintaining and staying in your home but adding in a whole new feeling to your existing space.

Installations

Maintaining a schedule with all of my subcontractors throughout the remodel will ensure a smooth installation schedule. Construction is never an exact science. I always do my best to keep timelines realistic. If one trade is running behind or if an extra task comes up along with surprises or changes in design or materials. We will adjust and you will be notified.

Flooring and Baseboards

New flooring will create the biggest impact throughout your home. From the new beautiful engineered oak plank flooring to the waterproof luxury vinyl flooring. Adding new baseboards or even new casing for the doors are also a great way to change the space.

Lighting, outlets and Dimmers

Updating the existing lighting and adding in new locations of can lights or under cabinet lighting makes a great impact. LED lighting has options with the range of light that you see from the Daylight (6500K) and Bright White (4500K) to the Warm White (2700K) that is the incandescent light color that we all know. Most of the current Led Trim kits for can lighting comes with adjustable settings to set the light you want in different rooms. Changing existing can lights throughout your home to new LED can light trims is great way to see electrical savings. Typically you can save a big chunk every month on your electrical bill. New LED lighting will save around 80% for your lighting costs. Its a great way to see how technology will increase your savings as well. The right LED dimmers can not only set the mood in a space but it will save you money.
